JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
• Handling correspondence (emails, phone calls, etc.).
• Organizing meetings and preparing meeting materials.
• Handle clients work permits and visas, insurance processes for foreign employees.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree: University majoring in Language
• Having at least 1 year experience in working in Japanese company.
• Language: Good at Japanese (JLPT N2) and English
• Gender: Female
• Good to have experience handling work permit or insurance

BENEFITS

• Salary: from 15 -> 25 mil depending on abilities .
• Working time: 8:30 – 17:30
